Guidelines for Conference Presentations
When preparing your presentation, consider whether an oral presentation or a poster would be more suitable. Posters are better suited for ongoing work with incomplete analyses and findings, while oral presentations should include results. Keep in mind that more attendees may view your poster presentation than your oral paper. Posters are displayed during a single poster session for all attendees to read, while only a portion of conference attendees will attend any one oral session. At ACSTM, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in the 6th Asian Conference on Science, Technology & Medicine (ACSTM) 2025. We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy to accommodate such situations while maintaining the quality of our event. Please read the following refund policy for a clear understanding of the process:
To be eligible for a refund, participants must notify the Meeting Organizing Committee of their intent to cancel at least 30 days before the start of the conference. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensures that all participants have a smooth experience during the event.
If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the conference, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
Refunds will be processed after the conference dates have concluded.
Participants who cancel their registration within 30 days of the Conference or do not attend the event will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to manage logistics and catering arrangements efficiently.

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued preferably in the same form of payment used during registration (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, ACSTM may consider refund requests on an individual basis, even if they fall within the 30-days window. Such requests will be assessed at the discretion of the Conference Organizing Committee.
