Terms and conditions

1. For all inquiries related to the conference program, information, or registration process, please contact our Event Coordinator, Jean Ashley, at [email protected].
2. The attendees' list, including delegates' names, affiliations, and countries, will be circulated among sponsors. If you do not want your details to be included, please inform us by email at [email protected].
3. The participant who cancels their registration within 20 days prior to the event or does not attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Speaker registration cancellations are only accepted up to one month before the event. Please email our Event Coordinator at [email protected] to cancel. A $50 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.
5. Reimbursement for cancellations will be made after the conference dates have concluded.
